Bio:

Mihaela Popescu is a business analyst professional with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology arena. During her career, Mihaela worked in applications development, systems integration, quality assurance, software training, project management and business analysis across many industries: statistical, consulting, pharmaceutical, healthcare and health insurance.

Mihaela is currently a Lead Business Systems Analyst at Corewell Health where she is providing business analysis leadership on health insurance projects.

In this role, Mihaela is leading business analysis activities and business analysts involved in the delivery of Government Programs health insurance initiatives, related to Medicare and Medicaid in a Scaled Agile Framework. She is also a core team member of the Priority Health Business Analysis Community of Practice where she is providing business analysis leadership. Mihaela is a Certified Business Analysis Professional with a passion for applying business analysis to solve complex business problems. Mihaela is a certified SAFe Program consultant, SDP, PO/PM and RTE.
