Bio:

Mande Timms is a Senior Business Architect at MassMutual with a background in Corporate Finance. In her current role, she enables leaders to drive alignment and prioritization of strategic goals, teaches accountable decision making, and provides leader coaching. She has been with MassMutual for 14 years and has worked in roles across the organization. She has a BA from Westfield State University. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors with her three boys and is board president of a local non-profit.
