Bio:

Kevin Brennan is an executive and business analysis consultant who helps companies getting off the ground or undergoing major change create new business models, develop new products and services, and improve their business processes. After two decades of leadership in the business analysis profession, he knows how to define and execute clear strategies that deliver important changes with limited resources, and that the key to success in strategy is engaging the people who will have to execute it in its formation. Kevin helped to launch IIBA and the Canadian Federation of Library Associations (CFLA-FCAB), led the creation and development of the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide), and has written and spoken about business analysis on every continent (except Antarctica).

Kevin holds the CBAP, PMP, and Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) certifications. He is a cancer survivor and in his “spare time” chauffeurs his children to their after-school and weekend activities.
