She began her career working on new system implementations and migrations from legacy applications, gaining a deep understanding of how technology supports business transformation. Today, she leads the IT Business Analysts at Frontline Insurance, where her teams deliver new-state expansions, product enhancements, and innovation and efficiency initiatives, along with ongoing maintenance and production support. Jessica focuses on maximizing value from COTS solutions through thoughtful customization, integration, and strong analysis practices.
