Henrik has been working as management consultant, business analyst. business architect and roadmap leader for the last 20 years, the last 10 years in a global furniture retailer where Henrik has been working with development of business analysis and business architecture functions as well as running internal trainings. He has also acted as lead business architect for a major CRM program and provided coaching and support for numerous initiatives and teams mostly covering the CRM area.
