Bio:

Danelkis is the Chapter Operations Manager at International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), the global association for business analysis professionals. She has over 20 years of business analysis experience in various industries, ranging from hospitality and tourism to fintech and non- profit organizations. She holds the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) credential, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, focusing on Event Management.

In her current role, Danelkis oversees the operations and engagement of more than 700 volunteers in over 100 Chapters across 45 countries. She leverages her process improvement, customer relationship management, and analytical skills to create transparency, foster collaboration, and facilitate change within the business analysis community. She is passionate about developing relationships, discovering solutions, and driving value for her stakeholders. She also enjoys volunteering and mentoring as a way of giving back and learning from others. Outside of work, Danelkis seeks adventures from Scuba Diving to Sky Diving and anything in between.
