Abbie has championed an integrated approach to process management over the past 7 years within the Credit Union industry. Her passion for building processes that are member-centric has led to her involvement in overhauling traditional processes of onboarding new members through streamlined digital platforms and eliminating non-value-added activities across many support functions. She believes that the primary role of leaders is to build an environment where teams can be successful and she believes process management philosophy is the key to accomplishing those goals.
