Rather than relying on supervision or vague “teamwork” rhetoric, participants learn to use disciplined negotiation practices to create crystal-clear, mutually owned agreements that people want to honor.Participants will take control of a virtual company where they will actively:Self-organize as leaders and team members to create, define and clarify their roles and responsibilities with clarity, transparency and accountability with fully negotiated agreements.As a team of equals, analyze and reach consensus around the roles required to address each challenge presented in the virtual company’s strategic and operating environment.Practice gaining fluency in the language, structure and lifecycle of effective commitment making and accountability.Negotiate the purpose, service portfolio, decision rights, and other components of one’s role with specific tools and gamification practices.
