Bio:

Jenny Stein has over 38 years of IT experience in Telecom, Government Services, Consulting and Insurance. She wants to share her experience as a Business Analyst wrangling the Tornado of Chaos. She has experience with RFI/RFPs, new system development, writing proposals, system enhancements; and has worked on these types of projects – Expense Accounting, agency portal, victim notification, network operations, web design and various support roles.
