Mohammad Alrshood is the Business Process Re-engineering Manager, and leader of the Process Office, at the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). He is a software engineer, project manager, business analyst, and process manager with some seven years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to his current role, Mohammad has worked as a senior IT/business analyst in the banking, property management, and telecommunications sectors. Mohammad’s working life started in banking, a demanding environment requiring extensive analysis, resolution of the root causes of problems, creating business/IT solutions, and documenting processes.
