Meredith works for MERS of Michigan, a small organization that partners with those who serve Michigan communities to provide services that support a secure retirement. In line with the strategic objective to Make it Easy to work with MERS, and a relatively new “cloud first” position, MERS is migrating its CRM system to the cloud and responding to staff feedback about their CRM system while applying business architecture principles.
