Tony Benedict is an Operating executive who has led transformation and change initiatives in manufacturing-based companies in industries ranging from life sciences to high tech. Acknowledged for exceptional ability to apply strategic principles and quickly grasp entirely new industries. He has guided Global Fortune 50 companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Intel. Presently he is CEO of Omicon Partners, an Advisory firm leveraging his 20 years of Senior Executive Operations experience in scaling global operations for growth in middle market companies.  He is a member of the Private Directors Association and a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellows and has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Business Process Management  Professionals (ABPMP) since 2003 where he has participated as a co-author on all subsequent versions of the BPM CBOK.
