Bio:

Tom Hitchings is a Director at Deloitte and lead’s the firm’s Business Analysis practice in the UK. For over 15 years Tom has worked with clients in both government and the private sector, most recently leading a Business Analysis, Architecture and Design project with a large central government department. He continues to work as a BA directly himself, including as Lead BA for one of his client’s new products with end-to-end responsibility from discovery through to delivery. He has led training internally and for clients on BA methodologies, careers and AI adoption. Additionally, Tom was a speaker at the 2025 IIBA Business Analysis Conference Europe and has authored articles on Business Analysis and related topics.
