Bio:

Thea is a Senior Business Analyst and has been an IIBA® Chapter President or Vice President for over a decade. Currently Vice President of Career and Professional Development for the Tampa Bay IIBA® Chapter, she has led over100 study groups to a world-wide audience. Thea was doing process analysis and improvement before the IIBA® was created. She has continued this work as a Business Analysis professional in a wide variety of industries (from Greeting cards to Nuclear). In her career, Thea has developed excellent analysis skills, honed her people skills and communication using techniques described by IIBA’s BABOK®. She continues to elevate her skills by teaching others to achieve high levels of effectiveness. Thea is enthusiastic to teach others the simple methods she has found.
