Bio:

Sasha Aganova is an accomplished Business Architect with over 25 years of experience designing AI-enabled business architectures and process frameworks. She has built end-to-end Business Architectures for more than a dozen companies, led over 50 performance improvement projects, and guided the establishment of several Process Management Centers of Excellence. As founder of Optimal Business Design, Sasha helps organizations – from industry leaders to innovative startups – redesign their operations for flexibility, innovation, and AI readiness. She has trained hundreds of professionals in modern process design and serves as a judge for the EA & BPM Best Practice Europe Awards. teaches Process Improvement and Business Architecture at the University of Toronto.
