Over the past decade Miranda has been the primary Business Analyst on enterprise-wide projects to implement new software and processes related to document management, learning management, procurement, risk management, and billing within the Electric Industry. Recently she joined a Non Profit Media organization and now leads a team of Business Analysts who come alongside Business and Technology groups working to move the organization forward and remaining relevant as technology and consumer desires change.
