Kums Naidoo (MBA Henley & Gibbs Univ.) is an IT leader and life coach with 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He dedicates himself in helping staff create meaning in their lives and work by improving motivation and engagement, resulting in world class performance and business improvement.

Kums is the Executive Head of Nedbank’s Enterprise Process and Business Analysis Chapter who have been the recipients of the IIBA’s Global Award for the advancement of Business Analysis Practices (2020) and Professional Development for Business Analysis (2023) and is the interim co-chairperson and member of the non-executive board of the SA Business Analysis Chapter.
