Bio:

Konstantin Popov is the Solution Train Engineer for the Chevron IT Foundation Platform.  He successfully led Chevron’s Cloud Readiness Acceleration and Digital Enablement programs which migrated hundreds of legacy application to the cloud, as well as, developed cloud-native greenfield applications. Konstantin implemented Scaled Agile framework, Azure DevOps, Stack Overflow, and Targetprocess to enable a more effective way of working.  He developed an army of lean-agile change agents and internal consultants who are driving the Digital Transformation efforts within Chevron.  Moreover, Konstantin built an ecosystem of thirty vendors to augment current organizational capability and ensure successful delivery. His initiatives and programs brought paramount trust with internal stakeholders – enabling Chevron to leverage the cloud adoption and ecosystem to transform into a collection of digital platforms where all employees are working together to deliver value to Chevron.
