Kevan Fish is an accomplished Strategic Data Analyst and Project Manager with over fourteen years of experience supporting state data use goals and leading technology projects, with a strong background at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.

Kevan specializes in utilizing advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, identifying key trends and translating them into actionable recommendations to drive strategic talent planning and successful organizational decisions. He has expertise in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring data quality, and implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance service delivery within the workforce system.

A key career accomplishment includes developing a Data Lake to advance reporting and strategic decision-making. He has extensive experience in the full project lifecycle, from defining deliverables and goals to managing project teams, maintaining documentation, and designing and delivering training programs upon project completion.
