Bio:

John has held numerous roles within the Financial Services industry for the past 18 years. For the last 10 years, John has been leading Lean and Design Thinking initiatives both in the corporate and private sectors.  Currently John works for Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions where he supports a variety of business lines helping them to understand the “why” behind some of their toughest challenges. Combining the principles of Lean and Design Thinking has enabled John to successfully drive innovation and change.
