John has held numerous roles within the Financial Services industry for the past 19 years. For the last 11 years, John has been leading Lean and Design Thinking initiatives both in the corporate and private sectors. Currently working for Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, he supports a variety of business lines to help them understand the “why” behind some of their toughest challenges. Combining the principles of Lean and Design Thinking has enabled John to successfully drive innovation, change, and achieve tangible ROIs.
