Bio:

Heather is a Requirements People and Practice Leader at Nationwide. She leads a team of >100 analysts delivering projects across Nationwide transforming and supporting our financial services and property & casualty businesses. She began her career as a BA in our Retirement Plan business, was a leader in our Call Center and back office operational area as well as serving as a Business Delivery executive on multiple projects. She then worked in Nationwide Global as the Relationship Manager with our Luxembourg operation, developing a retirement plan recordkeeping platform where she led the requirements team across multiple countries and continents. That role transitioned into the Requirements Leader for one of our recordkeeping systems prior to her role leading requirements within our shared services organization.Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She holds her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Muskingum Analysis Certification (MACP), Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM), ITIL Foundations, Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC), and CMMI Assessor designations and Series 6 & 26 securities licenses (inactive).
