Bio:

Eunice MacCharles, CBAP has over 20 years experience with large and small scale software development and implementation projects across various industries, including banking, telecommunications, professional services, higher education, regulatory bodies and insurance. She is a Scaled Agile Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) & holds both the Executive Leadership Certificate and a Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University. She shares her knowledge and experience as an instructor in UBC Sauder School of Business’ Business Analysis Certificate program, and as a consultant, speaker and educator. She is an Advisory Board Member for the annual PM*BAWorld Conference in Vancouver, and was a long serving Board Member of the IIBA Vancouver Chapter.
