Bio:

Andy is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of EXL, a global leader in data, analytics, digital, and AI advisory. He leads EXL’s digital strategy and execution, including implementing cutting-edge technologies. He makes sure that EXL’s digital initiatives drive overall business strategy to accelerate growth. Andy has been with EXL for over 22 years and previous to being appointed Chief Digital Officer, he helped build its life and annuity insurance business into an award-winning industry leader.

Andy has over 25 years’ experience of managing large businesses, operating model transformation and consulting work. He has expertise across a broad set of domain areas, including shared services, process automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration in international business, finance, and marketing. He earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Motorola University and is an alum of Harvard Business School’s executive education program.
