Summary:

We’ve all heard about Generative AI and how it can help both PMs and BAs in their daily project activities. And most of you have probably used it yourself. But how many have realized that other forms of AI can be the basis of projects at an organization level – especially to increase decision-making skills beyond those offered today by Business Intelligence initiatives. By leveraging advanced algorithms and vast datasets, Cognitive AI systems can interpret context, recognize patterns, and make decisions in ways that closely mimic human cognition.

Cognitive AI is a larger set of AI functionality with many different patterns that are more focused on man-machine collaboration.  The Predictive Analytics and Decisions Pattern is the one having the greatest impact on project approaches today. Instead of just choosing between Predictive or Adaptive approaches, or a hybrid blend of those two – a data-driven approach is now becoming increasingly more important – especially data is the foundation of AI.

Greta Blash has spent many years as both a project manager and a business analyst, with a focus on delivering data and information to support business processes and decisions.

During this session, Greta will help you understand how project approaches adapt to this increased emphasis on data to help organizations make more informed decisions.

Join this session and help your organization embrace a larger implementation of AI beyond just chatbots and prompts.
