Participants are welcomed onto “Corporate Island” and formed into tribes. In the distance, Exile Island can be seen. The event opens with Survival Training. Tribes share what they already know about skills used to survive in the corporate jungle — stakeholder engagement, intelligent disobedience, conflict resolution, etc. Each team will then be assigned a topic and given a “luxury” — a packet of information on their topic. Tribes must prepare and present a summary of the topic to the Tribal Council. Following the Council meeting, each tribe will be given a challenging situation to address. The challenge will requires application of what was learned during Survival Training. Tribes must work together to develop a solution to the challenge and design an interactive way to show the other tribes how they would address this challenge. Performances will be assessed and scored by the Tribal Council. Will your tribe remain on Corporate Island?  Or will you be sent to Exile Island?

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Learn key corporate survival skills such as stakeholder engagement, intelligent disobedience, and conflict resolution
• Apply learned survival skills to common challenges in the corporate world
• Address the challenge with a compelling recommendation; the tribal council will be scoring you!

The Immersive Sessions are spread across three session slots and as interactive group exercises it is compulsory to attend all three session slots, in order to complete the exercise and be fair to your fellow participants. No dipping in and out!
