Rachel manages the Decision Modeling practice with Decision Management Solutions, a consulting firm focused on a DecisionsFirst™approach, where she consults with global clients and subject matter experts to elicit business requirements through hands-on modeling sessions and decision management solutions. Rachel is a passionate about transforming organizations by utilizing data, leveraging technology, and improving communication to maximize effectiveness.  She is an experienced business analyst and instructional designer with industry experience in financial, insurance, and higher education organizations.  Rachel has an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is a LUMA Institute Certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner.
