Bio:

Mark Varellas is an independent consultant with over 25 years experience offering business architecture and business analysis services.  Mark began his career as a software engineer in the highly structured environment of MacDonald Dettwiler Associates (MDA), and over 17 years participated in numerous large-scale programs from ‘cradle to grave’,  progressing through various roles including project manager, training lead and systems engineer.  After leaving MDA in 2014, Mark became a freelance business analyst and has since worked with government and commercial customers as they try to transform their businesses.  Most recently Mark has assumed the role of business architect, helping organisations translate strategy into execution.
