Bio:

Laura Guy is an Associate Director of Business/Product Analysis at UnitedHealthcare. During her 38 years with the organization, she has supported product development as a developer, product owner, and business/product analyst for 28 of those years. 

Currently, Laura is a leader for the Product Analysis Center of Excellence and drives strategy and standardization for CoE members, and partners with IIBA in managing UHC’s Corporate Account relationship.  Laura has an incredible staff of Product Analysts that support multiple programs, products, and regulatory initiatives.  She loves to train, coach, and lead people (not manage people). 

Laura is on the board of a Pit Bull rescue group in the Chicago IL area and loves learning about, and helping others understand animal behavior, and how people impact that behavior.
