Kums is the Executive Head of Nedbank’s Enterprise Process and Business Analysis Chapter who have been the recipients of the IIBA’s Global Award for the advancement of Business Analysis Practices (2020) and Professional Development for Business Analysis  (2023) and is the interim co-chairperson and member of the non-executive board of the SA Business Analysis Chapter.
