This closing session brings everyone together around five roundtables — each one picking up a thread that ran through the last two days. No presentations, no panels. Just you and a small group of fellow practitioners, comparing notes.

Find the table that pulls you most and share what’s actually on your mind.

1. AI in practice — what did you hear that you’ll actually use? We’ve spent two days absorbing AI case studies, frameworks, and warnings. This table is for the honest debrief: what landed, what felt theoretical, and what you’re genuinely taking back to your team.

2. The BA role is shifting — where are you landing on that? Strategy, leadership, agentic automation. Several sessions made the case that our role is expanding. This table is for the real conversation: what that means for you personally, and whether you buy it.

3. Architecture and cohesion — great in theory, messy in practice. Connecting strategy to delivery sounds obvious until you try to do it. This table is for people who work at that junction every day — what actually helps, and what gets in the way.

4. Data and decisions — where does the quality problem really live in your organization? Vocabulary, governance, AI-ready data. This table is for comparing where your organization is, and what’s worked to move things forward.

5. Change and adoption — the part everyone underestimates. Technology is rarely the hardest part of transformation. People are. This table is for the war stories, the lessons learned, and what you’d do differently next time.

Tables will wrap up naturally. If your group wants to keep the conversation going over dinner — that’s entirely up to you. Several restaurants nearby are worth the walk.
