Bio:

Emma Haslam is a Senior Manager at Deloitte and responsible for delivering one of Deloitte’s largest areas of business analysis in the UK. Emma has led multiple teams of BAs and architects and has a proven track record of designing and delivering government services for civil servants and members of the public over the last 7 years. Emma won 2024 BA of the Year at the UK IT Industry awards and is a finalist for Technology Consultant of the Year at the UK’s Management Consultancy Awards 2025. Emma has previously spoken at conferences, including the 2025 IIBA BA Conference Europe. Emma is a member of Deloitte’s BA leadership team and has delivered numerous trainings, designed methodologies and is responsible for thought leadership and industry engagement.
