Bio:

Bill has played a leading role in transformation programmes across a range of industry sectors in the UK and Europe. He applies benefits management disciplines to drive technology-enabled business change. He has hands-on knowledge of risk management, with a particular capability in frameworks that address organisational risks in a holistic manner.

Bill provides organisations with focused consultancy support whilst recognising the value of building in-house expertise, through knowledge transfer plus ongoing mentoring and coaching. He has been working as a lead business architect for around 30 years and recently helped deliver a major transformation programme within the UK public sector.

He presents regularly at conferences, recent topics including digital transformation, cyber security and application of agile practices in high-integrity and safety critical solutions.
