Bio:

Jon has spent over 37 years in the IT, Change Leadership and Digital Transformation around the globe, helping transformations of commercial, charitable and public-sector organisations through delivering strategic purpose and customer value.  Having used a soldering iron to build his first computer on his mums dining room table as a 10-year old , Jon started his working career as a simulations programmer but quickly moved into the world of service transformation in major multinationals around the globe.

For the last 7 years Jon has worked as a consultant for the States of Guernsey as the Head of Service Transformation for the Revenue Service and spends his spare time coaching and volunteering for the IIBA and community interest organisations that work for the benefit of communities and businesses by providing a range of development services to the most disadvantaged groups.
