He has led numerous transformations, operating model designs, automation/BPM implementations for clients representing financial services, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, telecom and consumer good/retail/grocery companies. He has 25+ years of experience managing people, processes, and technology to deliver effective, bottom-line results. This includes leading business and digital transformations, facilitating strategic direction definition, designing holistic operating models and systems, and managing technology implementations.
