Bio:

Lilo is an award-winning social innovator who has developed product innovation processes for notable NGOs, including Ceres, United Way, and urban agriculture organizations. At Northeastern, he teaches graduate-level business analysis and social innovation while leading the undergraduate project management program. Before joining Northeastern University, Lilo designed an innovation program at Nichols College and oversaw an innovation lab at Third Sector New England. He is a Certified Product Manager (CPM), Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
