Bio:

Traci Onkst is a Senior Service Manager at Cincinnati Insurance Company. She is the sponsor of the Cincinnati Insurance Company’s Business Analysis Center of Excellence; managing a team of 80 business analysts. Traci has dedicated most of her 30+ year insurance career to working with IT on various projects. For the last seven years, Traci’s focus has been centered on building the business analysis brand at Cincinnati Insurance Company and supporting the Center of Excellence professionals as they fulfill their mission. Traci speaks on a regular basis to executive, business and IT stakeholders advocating the value of the Business Analyst role. She spoke on product diagramming at the ACORD Implementation Forum, participated in a panel discussion at the Southwestern Ohio Business Analysis Regional Conference in 2017 and presented at BBC in 2015 and 2017. She is a driver for change at many levels and always looking for new ways to motivate and empower her team. Traci is also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.
