Bio:

T.H. is a Digital Strategist and Agile Business Analysis capability lead at Excella. With over 10 years of experience in product development, her focus in recent years has been to use Agile Methodologies to train, coach and mentor teams in realizing their goals through innovative strategies and deep understanding of user need. 

Her experience spans the federal, commercial, and non-profit industries, as well as software and data products. Tahnee specializes in facilitating workshops to build product visions, roadmaps, personas, and product backlogs. Tahnee is also active in the local and international Business Analysis community. She has served as President of the IIBA DC Metro Chapter and has spoken at multiple conferences on Product Ownership.
