Bio:

Pieter Jongstra has a background in civil engineering and business administration. He started working in a logistic environment. 20 years ago he made a switch to the financial services industry. He has experience in both wholesale and retail banking. He is responsible for BPM and lean capability within the Volksbank, a Dutch retail bank. Currently he implements customer focus process management, robotics and process mining.He is an experienced speaker both in the Netherlands and abroad.
