Managing the IOX team at Capital Group, Kelly helps lead a team of 50+ associates with the sole mission of exploring, experimenting and executing the new and different. Having worked at CG 6 years and PwC prior, she has a diverse background that positions her to work on highly complex and vague projects in Operations. From system implementations, to department transformations, to incubating foreign capabilities Kelly relies on vision, strategy and a creative mind to execute the new BA skill set. As a leader with a strong passion for people, Kelly focuses on what individuals have that the organization cannot live without. Her desire to remove people’s boundaries puts attention on paving the way for success for her team as well as the company overall.
