Howard Webb has been a business process (BPM) practitioner for over 25 years focusing on process improvement, business architecture and business transformation.  His expertise includes strategy, business & IT alignment, process, program and change management.

He has trained over 60 organizations in the use of and best practices for business process management.  He has successfully led end-to-end BPM solution delivery programs resulting in millions of dollars in cumulative benefits, with experience in healthcare, banking/finance, communications and manufacturing.

Howard has published articles & papers on process management, data architecture and customer loyalty, and has been a speaker a various process-related conferences.
