Dr. Suzannah Hicks is currently the data and AI Strategist for Merchants Fleet. She has over 15 years of experience in data analytics, business management, strategic planning, and problem solving. Dr. Hicks is passionate about instilling organizational data culture that supports the mission and vision of organizations, supporting the adoption of data-informed decisions, and driving innovation.

Dr. Hicks doctorate degree is in Business Administration – Organizational Development. Her dissertation explored the factors and practices that influence and enhance the data culture of organizations, such as organizational decision-making style and analytics maturity. She has earned multiple certifications in agile, leadership, and project management,  and has a strong background in business and management consulting, customer insight, and operations management. Dr. Hicks is a lifelong learner who is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills, and to contribute to the advancement of the business development, data and analytics strategy and culture.
