Lean and Design Thinking methodologies can enable you and your teams to thinking differently. Buzzwords like “Lean UX” or “Lean Start-Up” are commonly found on a google search ; what about “Agile UX”? All of these methodologies have common tenet’s that are essential  to thinking differently. This session will cover how to think differently using those tenets and we will review a case study of how they were applied to achieve success.
