Summary:
Organizations that have their act together get remarkable things done and are hard to match or catch. Ones’s that do not are inconsistent, unreliable, and late to the game. It sounds easy but it is not unusual to end up with unexpected consequences of change. When we get it right, all the moving parts work in concert. They create music from the orchestra to everyone’s delight.
Everyone aspires to just have everything work together cohesively in operations. That means we have to have a focus on cohesion from the get-go. From strategy, through architecture, analysis, design, implementation and enhancement, no one can drop the ball. All the pieces must fit with the purpose.
