As the founder of IQ Management Corporation (IQM) Michele brings a diverse range of experience within the disciplines of advisory, consulting, education, change management, supply chain, application development, and market development.  Prior to launching IQ Management, Michele’s previous roles included Principal Consultant, Account Manager and Managing Director with international and domestic technology recruiting, consulting services, advisory and research firms, such as IBM Education, META Group Technology Research & Advisory (Gartner), GSI Group, and C-Bridge Solutions and Cap Gemini.  Michele focuses on high tech research and leading industry analyst relationships, development of award winning teams, business development, eco-system creation and partnership development, as well as award winning sales and marketing strategies.  Blockchain enthusiast, and previous Hackathon Judge and an ongoing mentor to the start-up community since 2016. Michele is currently the co-founder and CEO of IQM Education, a Canadian woman-led start-up focussing on next generation technologies to enterprises and university level education.
