Bio:

Lisa Karam provides guidance to leaders on strategic prioritization and organizational alignment through the disciplines of Business Architecture and Lean Management. Her breadth of experience in marketing, sales and communications includes positions at MassMutual, Phoenix Life, Northwestern Mutual, and CNA Insurance. She a former journalist with experience at newspapers and business magazines, serving as community liaison, reporter and managing editor. As a reflection of her passion for community service, Lisa became an authority in nonprofit management, successfully leading an urban park conservancy in Hartford, CT, and currently as president of the Friends of West Hartford Parks.  Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, an MBA in Corporate Innovation and a certification in online teaching.
