In this session, you’ll see numerous live demos of ways to use AI on both sides of a process map: 1) to create a map from text, and 2) to analyze and extract knowledge from an existing map. We’ll dig into the AI capabilities of multiple process mapping tools, including draw.io, Lucidchart, and SmartDraw. And if you haven’t heard of Mermaid syntax, you will know about it before you leave.
