Thea Soehren is part Evangelist for good Business Analysis, part Crusader to drive positive change, a large scoop of encouragement and a dash of showmanship for taste.

She authored parts of the IIBA’s BABOK 3.0 and worked as a consultant across almost every industry, from greeting cards to nuclear power.

Thea serves President of the Tampa Bay IIBA Chapter, is the founder of the BA Force Multipliers and the founder of Business Analysis Centers of Excellence Thought Leadership Group. 

Bringing decades of hard-earned lessons to audiences around the world, Thea provides consulting, coaching, speaking and training to audiences worldwide.  Her goal is to lift OUR communities from where they are to who they WANT to become, empowering each person to do the same, and making us ALL BETTER, for the GOOD!
