Aldo Frosinini is a Redwoods Resident at Davita. He previously led two Davita dialysis clinics with accountability for 20 total employees and $6M P&L. He currently leads the regulatory Certificate of Need (CON) function for DaVita Washington State operations and is a member of DaVita’s corporate strategy and development team.
He has partnered closely with executive stakeholders (e.g., CXOs, SVPs, federal executives) on corporate strategy, post-merger integration, organizational design, cost transparency, new process development, and change management.
He has also worked with technical leaders (e.g., CTOs, CIOs) across projects such as scaling initiatives, post-merger integration, organizational design, and securing & allocating R&D budgets.
Aldo has previously held consulting and strategy roles at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Booz Allen Hamilton, and Optoro. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is a graduate of Swarthmore College.
