She specializes in helping organizations identify and document their business capabilities and align resources to implement those capabilities. She advises companies conducting business capability assessments and capability evolution and works with several companies including Gilead, Ford Motor Company, and iA Financial Group helping to ensure their usage of MEGA’s HOPEX platform is optimized.
